Stay on board or Hop On and Off for 8 hours. This allows passengers to enjoy a visit to the Field Museum of Natural History, the Adler Planetarium, the Shedd Aquarium, the Art Institute and other famous city attractions as the Sears Tower, the John Hancock Tower, the fascinating Navy Pier, the North Pier, Water Tower with its famous shops and many other highlights.

Vehicles depart from the designated stops listed below every hour. With your Hop On Hop Off ticket, you will experience a 1 1/2 hour narrated tour that covers Chicago's downtown. Departure Location:

• Guest are asked to meet at Ticket Office at The Palmer House Hotel located at 17 East Monroe Street Chicago IL 60603 - Ground Floor of The Palmer House Hotel located between State and Wabash. Guests should meet at this address 15 - 30 minutes prior to tour departure time.

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

For every booking you will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print vouchers on your home/ office printer. Please present this E-Ticket voucher at the Box Office. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers. This tour or service can be booked on the day of your travel date.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. In the event the Tour is canceled the ticket fee may be refunded.

Weather and traffic: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather and traffic conditions. No refunds due to traffic delays or lost ticket. Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
