• Antipasto Plate: An assortment of Domestic and Imported Meats and Cheeses, drizzled with a Basil Pesto Balsamic Reduction

• Boston Bibb Salad: Leafy Greens tossed with Red & Yellow Peppers, Radishes, Tomato Concasse and Crumbled Gorgonzola in a Parmesan Vinaigrette

• Lobster Bisque: Rich Lobster simmered in Butter and Cream, blended with a touch of Sherry

• Argentinean Scallops: Atlantic Sea Scallops, Gulf Shrimp and Blue Crab baked with Creamy Spinach and Au Gratin Parmesan Cheese

Main Course:

 

• Tuscan Chicken: Pan-seared Chicken Breast and Fresh Herbs, layered with a tangy blend of Sun-dried Tomato and Cheeses, served with a Vegetable Orzo and Sauteed Swiss Chard

Departure Location:

• Please meet at Navy Pier at 600 E Grand Avenue Chicago, IL 60611. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time. Ample paid parking with shuttle service is available around Navy Pier

Attire:

• For men, appropriate attire includes slacks and a polo or button down shirt. For women, nice slacks, Capri pants or a sundress is recommended. Although allowed, we strongly discourage collarless t-shirts, jeans, shorts or sneakers.

Handicap accessibility:

• The second deck on our ship is wheelchair accessible and provides handicap-accessible restrooms. It is important that you inform us in advance if you are bringing guests in wheelchairs or guests who may need special assistance in any way so that we can ensure seating on our second deck.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. No Shows are charged 100%. We cruise rain or shine all year long. In the rare event the Coast Guard prohibits cruising because of weather, we will contact you to make other arrangements.
