May 29 - August 31: Wednesday: 9:00pm & Saturday: 9:30pm

Departure Location:

• Meet at Chicago Navy Pier located at 600 E. Grand Avenue Chicago Illinois 60611. Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your tour time for boarding.

Parking:

• There are paid parking lots directly across from Navy Pier. In the event that the Navy Pier parking lot is filled to capacity, a number of lots within 2 blocks of Navy Pier offer convenient parking. Also, a free trolley shuttle runs between State Street and the pier along Illinois and Grand Avenue.

What you should Know:

• You may get wet, we cannot insure that you will or will not. However, Seadog is an open-air speedboat. If conditions are windy and the lake has a chop, there is a good chance you might get wet.

• Food and soft-drink may be brought on board, but remember, you may wear more than you ingest. It is hard to eat while going 30 knots.

• Our vessels are handicap accessible for most people. However, if you have an extra large motorized chair, it may not be able to fit down our ramps. In that case, our marine crew will be happy to help you out and assist you onto our vessels.

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
