Departure Location:

All tours depart from Chicago's Navy Pier located at 600 E. Grand Avenue Chicago Illinois 60611. Your cruise departs from the West-end Dock, this is the First Boat Dock on Navy Pier. Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your tour time for boarding.

Parking:

There are paid parking lots directly across from Navy Pier. In the event that the Navy Pier parking lot is filled to capacity, a number of lots within 2 blocks of Navy Pier offer convenient parking. Also, a free trolley shuttle runs between State Street and the pier along Illinois and Grand Avenue.

• Weekdays: Departs Hourly from 1:00pm - 4:00pm

• Weekends: Departs Hourly from 11:00am - 5:00pm

June, July and August

• Weekdays: 10:00am, 11:00am, Every 30 Minutes from 12:00pm - 5:00pm

• Saturday: Every 30 Minutes from 10:00am - 8:30pm

• Sunday: Every 30 Minutes from 10:00am - 11:00pm

Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. No Shows are charged 100% In the event the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
